Resawn Barnwood Flooring

Resawn barn wood flooring has been kilned dry, straight lined, and skim planed while leaving some distressing making a new smoother structural tight hardwood floor while keeping the charm of reclaimed rustic barnwood.

These are some options we can produce from different mills depending on the look you want. There are a lot more options as far as widths, species, character, grade, and milling so each floor is custom ordered and priced. Other factors than can effect costs are quantity, lead time, and availability of request at present time.

Some pictures may show a finish but most floors offered here are bare wood and will need to be installed, sanded, and clear coated by a professional hardwood floor finisher.

Resawn Mixed Width Tongue & Groove Rustic Oak Flooring
This material is also cut from reclaimed barn wood beam stock but using a old fashion circle saw to leave the traditional look of old saw marks but still giving a smoother cleaner look than more worn material. We can probably get this in mixed species or widths but for now we have over 300 square feet in stock.

1x6 Tongue & Groove Oak From Reclaimed Beam Stock
This is a mixed oak cut from reclaimed barn beam stock and milled to leave some checking and nail holes while giving a good smooth cleanable surface. We can get this milled in different widths depending on quantity and lead time.

Mixed options from one mill that we wanted to include. They offer many more but samples and comunication are slow to none due to how busy they are. They offer wide plank flooring options from 0%, 30%, 60%, to 90% planed and 3",4", and 5" mixed widths and species.
